Will insurance cover my visit?
Dr. Emilie wants your chiropractic health care decisions to be based on her expertise and your needs, not insurance company averages and policies. Therefore, Aligned Chiropractic Co. does not accept or file with any insurance. We can offer receipts to submit on your own if you wish. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, credit card, and FSA/HSA.
What if I have Medicare?
What if I have Medicare?
Aligned Chiropractic Co. cannot treat patients eligible for Medicare coverage. Even if you pay with cash, Dr. Emilie is required to bill Medicare. It would be considered fraud if she treated Medicare patients and didn't submit the claims. Chiropractors, unlike medical doctors, cannot choose to opt out. They are either in-network or out-of-network with Medicare and must submit claims for any patient with Medicare.

Schedule new patient exam ONLINE OR BY TEXT and complete online intake forms
Dr. Emilie will arrive at your home or office and set up the adjusting table in a convenient space
6'x8' is typically plenty of room
Your initial visit includes exam & treatment (unless referral is necessary)
Dr. Emilie will discuss a treatment plan and home care instructions with you
These will be uploaded to your patient portal within 24 hours of your visit

Anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Augusta, Kansas is included. If you are over 30 miles from Augusta you can contact us to discuss an additional fee.

Packages can be shared amongst immediate family members and do not expire.
Packages are non-refundable.
